About MC Surveying
MC Surveying began in 2021 with a clear goal of serving Texas with professional land surveying services and consultation. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, MC Surveying has the knowledge and technical expertise to provide exceptional service. We have experience serving everything from private landowners to land developers, engineers, architects, title companies, municipalities, to school districts.
We believe in using the best land surveying technology to ensure expediency and the highest quality product whether it’s a basic survey plat, or a detailed design survey. Using this technology, we implement field practices and procedures that facilitate on-the-ground verifications and quality control.

MC Surveying will survey anywhere in the great State of Texas, but our primary markets are the greater Houston and greater Austin areas of the State.
Our services include Boundary Surveys, Land Title Surveys, ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Subdivision Platting, Topographic Design Surveys, Tree Surveys, Aerial Surveys, Construction Staking, Bathymetric and Hydrographic Surveys, Corridor and Easement Surveys, Political Boundaries, and Municipal and Private Sector Land Development.

Garrett Cavaiuolo, RPLS
RPLS – Owner
Mr. Cavaiuolo is a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor. He has over 15 years of experience in providing land surveying services for environmental studies and remediation, bathymetric and hydrographic mapping, civil and structural design, construction services, energy, transportation, and landscape design throughout Texas and the Northeast United States. His extensive field and office experience with a wide array of civil engineering projects and surveying software give him unique insight about what will be involved in efficiently and successfully completing each new project.
Mr. Cavaiuolo is passionate about land surveying and geospatial technology, education, and growth. His enthusiasm has drawn future surveyors to the profession and his team spirit has built a strong network of local surveyors and engineers.

James Baker
Crew Chief
James has over 6 years of experience surveying in Texas. James, like many surveyors, began his career as a rodman or instrument operator, and worked his way up to becoming an exceptional crew chief. James has experience in everything from topographic design surveys to subdivision platting, to construction staking, to aerial surveys. James draws his experience from working with several different registered surveyors from different industries and markets, making him a well-rounded leader and crew chief.
